Our minimum order is $200 USD or the equivalent in your selected currency. This applies to all orders across all product categories. Orders below this amount cannot proceed to checkout. The minimum exists because our fulfilment, packaging and shipping process has a fixed cost and we want to ensure every order is handled to the same high standard.

Browse any category, select your preferred products and weight options, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. At checkout you enter your shipping details, choose a payment method and submit your order. You will receive a confirmation email immediately. We then contact you within 2 hours with payment instructions and dispatch confirmation.

You can request changes or cancellation by emailing support@gauldentrap.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has been packaged and dispatched it cannot be modified or cancelled. If your order has already shipped, our 30-day guarantee still applies if anything is wrong when it arrives.

No account is required. You provide your shipping and contact details at checkout and we handle everything from there. Your cart is stored locally in your browser so it persists between visits without needing a login.

Yes. Simply enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout and note in the special notes field that it is a gift. Our packaging is completely plain and discreet so the contents are not revealed. We do not include any pricing information inside the package.

We accept Bitcoin and major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC), bank transfer (wire, SWIFT, ACH, IBAN), and credit or debit card for orders of $1,000 and above. We also accept local payment methods on a case-by-case basis — describe your preferred method in the Other field at checkout and we will confirm availability.

Cryptocurrency payments eliminate processing fees and chargebacks on our end, and settlement is instant. We pass those savings directly to you as an additional 5% discount. This stacks on top of whatever volume discount tier your order qualifies for. A $500 order with crypto gets 10% volume off plus 5% crypto off — 15% total.

We do not charge you at checkout. Instead, you submit your order with all your details and we send payment instructions to your email within 2 hours. You then send payment and we dispatch once confirmed. This process is standard for our type of operation and protects both parties.

We never ask for card numbers or banking credentials by email. For card payments we send a secure payment link from our processor. For crypto we send a wallet address. For bank transfer we send account details via email. Never send cash or gift cards — we do not accept these.

No. The price you see is the price you pay. Shipping is free on all orders. The only adjustments are the volume discount (which reduces your total) and the optional crypto bonus discount. There are no processing fees, customs fees charged by us, or handling charges added at checkout.

Every order is triple vacuum-sealed to eliminate odour, then placed inside a plain outer box or padded envelope. There is no cannabis-related branding, product names or any indication of contents on the outside. The sender name on the label is a neutral business name. Your order looks identical to any ordinary parcel.

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. USA and Canadian orders are typically at the faster end of that range. International orders to the UK, EU, Australia and New Zealand are usually 5 to 7 business days. You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

No. We do not require any identification at the door. Age verification is completed once at checkout when you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. Our packaging gives no indication of what is inside so there is nothing that would prompt a delivery driver to ask for ID.

Delays beyond 7 business days are uncommon but can occur due to customs processing or carrier backlogs. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch notification, contact us at support@gauldentrap.com with your order number and we will investigate and resolve it.

Yes. Every product we carry is third-party lab tested for cannabinoid potency, purity, pesticide residue and heavy metals before it is listed on our store. Certificates of Analysis are available on request for any product. We source exclusively from cultivators and manufacturers who can provide full lab documentation.

These are quality grades applied to cannabis flower. AAAA+ is the highest tier — small-batch craft flower that is hand-trimmed, extremely dense, heavily frosted with trichomes and cured to perfection. AAAA is premium commercial-grade with excellent bag appeal and potency. AAA is solid mid-tier flower with good effects and decent trim. AA is budget-grade that still delivers reliable effects at a more accessible price point. All grades are lab tested and accurately described.

Indica strains are typically associated with relaxing, sedating body effects best suited to evening use. Sativa strains tend to produce more uplifting, cerebral and energising effects suited to daytime use. Hybrids carry characteristics of both and usually lean towards one or the other. Modern cannabis genetics have blurred these distinctions considerably — terpene profiles often matter more than the classification alone.

THCa is tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, the raw precursor to THC found in living cannabis plants. In its natural form it is non-psychoactive. When heated through smoking or vaporising, it undergoes decarboxylation and converts to Delta-9 THC, producing the same psychoactive effects as standard cannabis flower. In terms of appearance, aroma and smoke, THCa flower is essentially identical to regular cannabis.

Cannabis flower and concentrates should be stored in airtight glass containers away from heat, light and humidity. Edibles should be kept in a cool dry place or refrigerated in warmer climates. Vape cartridges should be stored upright at room temperature away from sunlight. All products should be kept out of reach of children and clearly labelled if removed from original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective we will replace it within 30 days. Contact us at support@gauldentrap.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no cost to you. No arguments, no runaround.

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a description of what is missing. We will cross-reference your order details and arrange a resolution promptly. Photographic evidence of what you received is helpful but we understand this is not always possible.

We are unable to accept returns on cannabis products for preference or change of mind. All product descriptions are accurate and we encourage you to use the product-specific FAQs and reviews to make an informed choice before ordering. Seizure by customs is extremely rare given our packaging methods. In the unlikely event your order is seized and does not arrive, contact us with documentation and we will review on a case-by-case basis. We take our packaging and compliance seriously and work hard to ensure every order arrives safely.
