Everything you need to know about how we pack, dispatch and deliver your order.
Overview
Every order placed at Gauldentrap is shipped with the same commitment to discretion, speed and reliability regardless of order size. We fulfil orders Monday through Saturday. Orders confirmed before 2pm EST on a business day are typically dispatched same day or the following morning.
📦 Packaging
Triple vacuum-sealed inside. Plain outer box or padded envelope. No branding, no product references, no indication of contents. Neutral business name on return label.
🚚 Dispatch Speed
Standard orders: dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Crypto orders: same-day dispatch when payment confirms (usually within 2 hours).
⏳ Delivery Time
3 to 7 business days for most destinations. Tracking number emailed once dispatched. Expedited shipping available at checkout for faster delivery.
🚚 Free Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders. There are no shipping fees, handling charges or hidden costs added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Delivery Timeframes
The following are estimated delivery windows from dispatch date. These are estimates based on typical carrier performance and may vary due to customs processing, carrier backlogs or public holidays.
- United States: 3 to 5 business days
- Canada: 3 to 6 business days
- United Kingdom: 4 to 7 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5 to 8 business days
- European Union: 5 to 8 business days
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number directly on the carrier's website or through any major parcel tracking service. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of your payment being confirmed, check your spam folder and then contact us at support@gauldentrap.com.
Customs & International Shipping
All international orders are packaged and labelled to pass through customs without any reference to cannabis, controlled substances or the nature of the contents. Our packaging and documentation process has been refined over millions of deliveries. Customs delays can occasionally extend delivery windows but outright seizure is extremely rare.
In the unlikely event that an order is seized by customs, contact us with documentation and we will review on a case-by-case basis. We take our packaging methodology seriously and work to ensure every order arrives safely.
ID at Delivery
We do not require identification at the door. Age verification is completed once at checkout when you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. Our packaging contains no indication of what is inside so there is nothing that would prompt a carrier to request identification.
Delays and Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch notification please contact us at support@gauldentrap.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the situation promptly. Please do not wait beyond 14 business days to report a missing order as this limits our ability to investigate.
